Microsoft empower Firstline workers
Recently Microsoft announced the upcoming release of Teams Walkie Talkie for Firstline workers.
Firstline workers perform some of our most crucial roles especially when we look towards the emergency service departments (Police, Paramedics, Firefighters, Search and Rescue etc).
The title is fairly self explanatory but what does the walkie talkie feature mean? Walkie Talkie enables clear, instant, and secure voice communication over the internet, turning employee- or company-owned smartphones and tablets into an instant communication device.
Microsoft are doubling down, providing rich new tools allowing the firstline worker to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
Walkie talkie will be available Q2 2020.
Some other features coming to the M365 F1 SKU this year are:
Tasks targeting, publishing, and reporting
Off-shift access controls for Teams app
Delegated user management
