Once the platforms are provisioned, you’ve just got to choose which package best suits the people you want to add to them. For example, if your people are fully mobile, they may not need to be licensed for the full version of the Microsoft Office suite, and therefore may only require the bronze package. If your people are more office based, and are regular users of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. they may be more comfortable having the Microsoft Office suite installed on their laptops or desktops rather than being limited to the online version, so would need the silver package. If you require increased security and management of devices, our gold package provides the most advanced threat protection system available today, and device management allowing you to centralise application and configuration management for all your devices.

Our bronze package gives you everything you need to start communicating and collaborating with your staff and customers easily online. This package includes the following:
Custom Domain: Make your organisation stand out by having both your website and e-mail addresses customised to your company name.
Website Hosting with SSL Certificate: Host your website on our fully managed web servers, at no extra cost. You can even choose from one of our website templates to get you started.
E-mail: Send and receive e-mails using your custom domain, such as [email protected], with all e-mails protected against spam, malware, and known threats with Exchange Online Protection. Access your e-mail from your laptop, phone, or any device with an internet browser.
Microsoft Office Online: Our basic package gives you access to online and mobile versions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and many more online applications. These applications will help you run and automate your business functions from the browser on your laptop or while on the go with your mobile device.
Cloud Storage: Save all your documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and e-mails to the cloud, ensuring all your information is protected and accessible from your laptop, phone, or any device with an internet browser.
Shared Mailboxes: Your company will look more professional with additional shared mailboxes, such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. You can then decide who in your company has access to read and send from these mailboxes.
Easy Online Meetings: Simply create Microsoft Teams meetings that you, your staff, or your customers can all join remotely by clicking on a link in the meeting invite. Meetings can be audio and video and can be accessed by anyone with internet access.
Training: Our team will provide training to you and your team on how to setup and access the above services, how to collaborate with each other and your customers in real-time, and how to set-up and host audio conferences.

Microsoft Office Professional: Install the full Office suite onto your laptop or desktop device so you can work on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and e-mail offline without requiring an internet connection.
Host Webinars: Use Microsoft Teams – software you’ll already be familiar with from hosting meetings – to host webinars that include attendee registration pages, email confirmations, and reporting.
Online Bookings: Make it easier for your customers to schedule and manage appointments with Microsoft Bookings.

Advanced Threat Protection: Help protect against sophisticated threats hidden in email attachments and links, and get cutting-edge defences against zero-day threats, ransomware, and other advanced malware attempts with Microsoft Defender for Office 365. Apply policies that provide pre-breach threat resistance in Windows 10 with attack surface reduction and exploit protection capabilities
Data Protection: Control who has access to company information by applying restrictions like Do Not Copy and Do Not Forward with Information Rights Management. Restrict copying or saving of company information to unauthorized apps and locations with App protection for Office mobile apps, and remotely wipe company data from lost or stolen devices with Selective Wipe from Intune. Enable unlimited cloud archive and long-term preservation policies to ensure you never lose an email with Exchange Online Archiving
