The project involved internal presentations to ensure user comfort, a phased implementation starting with outbound calls, and tailored communication based on user usage levels. Modern Device Management
During the COVID-19 lockdown, one of our customers faced challenges provisioning devices to users. Although they could physically deliver the devices, users couldn’t log in due to the lack of profiles on the devices. The solution was to configure Microsoft Autopilot, as they were already using Windows 10 and were hybrid joined with Intune. By adding the certificate and pushing out the VPN during the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE), we ensured that devices connected and enrolled into Intune, received all security configurations, and created a VPN tunnel for offline domain join (ODJ). This allowed the organization to ship devices directly from the factory to users without diminishing the user experience
